Can I pay for a treatment online?
Yes, you can select the treatment through the shop and leave a message in the comments section.  We will contact you to arrange a suitable day/time.  No postage fees apply to in-salon treatments.

What is your returns policy?
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package with a clear photo showing the damage. We will contact you to discuss your options. We abide by the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act.

How do you care for and clean Jewellery?
Our jewellery is Rhodium, Silver, Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel or Copper plated. To keep your jewellery items looking their best, clean them with a dry polishing cloth. A natural tarnishing may occur over time. Please do not use jewellery cleaners. Avoid wearing jewellery in water, pools and spas.

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
We do our best to ensure that the items on our site are in stock. If you happen to order an item and it is out of stock we will promptly notify you. You will be given the option of placing the item on back order, or not.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank deposit, cash or internet banking.  We will hold your items for 10 days from the date your order is placed, if payment hasn't been received in that time your order will be cancelled and the items returned to stock.

What is the postage cost?
We use NZ Post services. Standard postage within New Zealand is $9.00 for the first item then $2.00 per item after that, this includes the $2.00 courier fee.  Large and heavy items are priced at $11.50 or $13.50 for the first item (depends on size/weight) so please ask for a quote if unsure.  Rural delivery is an extra charge of $5.70.  International postage rates on application.
